Job Description
:As a Financial Manager you will be working alongside the Head of Finance in regulatory and tax reporting, and provide insightful data analysis for informed decision-making. You will be a cornerstone of their financial operations. Your role will involve maintaining meticulous accounting records, implementing financial systems, and driving best practices continuously. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you'll oversee monthly reporting to partners, track insurance KPIs, and prepare detailed reports for the Board and Shareholders.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) with 3-5 years post articles experience
- 2-3 years of people management experience
- Optimise controls by using technology
- Streamline processes and improve efficiencies in finance
- Cash flow projections and financial analysis
