- Maintain and enforce internal financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure all financial transactions have complete and accurate documentation.
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts.
- Produce monthly reports and financial statements for management and the Board.
- Report irregularities to the Board.
- Report financial results to Group head office.
- Prepare and manage annual budget, assisting the MD and department heads.
- Oversee revenue budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain stock and warehouse procedures; conduct stock valuations.
- Ensure compliance with WCA, VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements; manage payroll and employee remuneration.
- Completed BCom in Accounting and related field.
- 7+ years experience in a similar role in finance.
- Must have been in a managerial role.
