Job Summary :
A global leader in chemicals and energy, known for innovating sustainable solutions and producing high-quality products ranging from fuel to electricity, is looking for a seasoned financial manager to join their team.The ideal candidate will manage financial activities and processes, providing decision support and acting as a proactive business partner. They will oversee the buying and selling of various components and risk management operations. Excellent communication, planning, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting services, managing cash flow, handling contractual matters, developing internal control frameworks, performing variance analysis, preparing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Reporting to senior management and liaising with auditors, the candidate will ensure optimal financial performance and regulatory compliance.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- Minimum of 8 years in a managerial role
- Prior industry experience will be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills
