- Education: BCom Accounting or equivalent with at least 7 years in a similar role.
- Advantageous: Postgraduate qualification (honours or equivalent).
- Industry Experience: Consulting engineering industry preferred.
- Skills: Cross-border experience, foreign currencies, strong accounting and financial skills, advanced MS Excel, and ProMan knowledge.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings.
- Prepare and present management accounts and business unit reports.
- Oversee statutory and QMS audits.
- Monitor financial performance across the Group.
- Budget preparation and management.
- Provide financial insights to CFO/Head of Corporate Services and clients.
- Manage cash flow, VAT returns, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and tax administration.
- Interact with banks, auditors, and support accounting functions within the company.
- Drive results through hands-on management and supervision of the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 and BMS standards.Special Requirements:
- Ability to travel within South Africa and Africa.
