Are you a seasoned finance professional with a knack for optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic financial decisions?My client is seeking a Financial Manager where you'll play an integral role in maintaining the financial health of their organization.This role is based in Johannesburg West.Key Responsibilities: Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and manage budgets.
• Forecast future financial performance to guide strategic planning.

Financial Analysis:

• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

Cash Flow Management:

• Prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational needs.

Day-to-Day Financial Management:

• Oversee daily financial activities to ensure smooth operations.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.

Cost Management:

• Analyze and control costs to enhance profitability.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

Financial Planning:

• Assist in long-term planning and strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance.

Shareholder Relations:

• Communicate with shareholders about the organizationxe2x80x99s financial performance and handle monthly reporting at the micro level.
• Report on financial results to our multinational shareholders.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• BCom degree in Accounting or Finance Related
• CIMA designation is non-negotiable
• 5 years proven experience in finance management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
