A multinational company, specializing in designing and manufacturing diverse solutions for global clients, is seeking a strategic financial leader to join their team.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with expertise in generating financial data, analysing industry trends, and assessing the companyxe2x80x99s financial health. They will manage the finance departmentxe2x80x99s operations, including policy development, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing account reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and providing financial advice to management. Additionally, the candidate will mediate financial issues with stakeholders and develop strategic business plans to drive the companyxe2x80x99s long-term financial success.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- At least 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
