  • Insightful Reporting: Deliver dynamic monthly management accounts and financial analyses, consolidating across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Forecasting: Craft short- and mid-term forecasts that empower executive decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Track actual performance against budgets, recommending impactful actions where needed.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of financial industry trends, regulations, and best practices to keep the company competitive.
  • Risk Management: Safeguard the group with robust insurance policies and enforce top-tier Corporate Governance to combat fraud.
  • Financial Partnership: Collaborate as a trusted financial partner with department heads and subsidiaries.
  • Corporate Compliance: Serve as the company secretary for CIPC and similar institutions, ensuring seamless compliance.
  • Audit Excellence: Drive financial audits to completion and ensure the adoption of Audit Financial Statements.
  • Board Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports that inform and influence the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
  • Financial Control: Manage financial controls and procedures to maintain precise and up-to-date accounts.
  • Profitability Monitoring: Oversee product costing and monitor profitability across product lines.
  • Efficiency Champion: Identify and eliminate organizational wastage, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Asset Management: Manage both fixed and current assets, including proactive debtor management.
  • Cash Flow Mastery: Lead cash flow forecasting and treasury functions, ensuring optimal financial liquidity.
  • External Financing: Arrange external financing to secure the working capital needed for growth.
  • Trades Payable Oversight: Supervise trades payable and review creditor reconciliations before payments.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll and benefits across the group, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee regulatory and statutory compliance, both locally and abroad, with CPA assistance for foreign entities.
  • Risk Mitigation: Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including credit, foreign exchange, and liquidity risks.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and evaluate top-notch accounting and administrative staff.
  • Frugality Culture: Foster a company-wide culture of financial discipline and smart spending.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in processes, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System.
