Reach out toDuties:

• Review and submit Management Accounts.
• Analyse Actual Sales and Cost of Sales, including contribution margins per sales representative.
• Prepare and submit the Treasury Workbook to the UK head office.
• Develop and maintain forecasts for performance, cash flow, and backlog analysis.
• Review production hours and after-costing variance reports on closed jobs.
• Manage SAP month-end reports and procedures.
• Analyse the general ledger for anomalies, making corrections as necessary.
• Compile journals for corrections, reallocations, accruals, and provisions.
• Conduct VAT reconciliations and submissions to SARS via e-filing.
• Complete monthly and quarterly STATS documents.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Review creditor reconciliations and payment lists.
• Ensure that the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) is accurate and up to date.
• Calculate and process monthly Inter-Entity charges.
• Manage the year-end audit and draft Annual Financial Statements (AFS).
• Oversee inventory counts and Work In Progress (WIP) verification.
• Validate fixed assets and ensure accuracy.
• Lead and manage the Finance Team, including planning, organizing, and overseeing team activities.
• Develop team members' skills and manage their performance effectively.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Accounting / CTA
• CIMA / CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed SAICA Articles
• Minimum of 5 years of financial management/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is essential.
