Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial function of the company
- Lead the consolidation of financial reports at a group level
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (SAICA/SAIPA)
- Provide financial insights to guide strategic business decisions
- Drive process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Handle financial reporting and month-end processes
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure alignment between finance and business goals
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise and develop the finance team to ensure high performance
- BCom/BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance
- SAICA/SAIPA qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years post-articles experience in a commercial environment
- Strong skills in consolidations
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Proven track record of academic or professional achievements
- Advanced proficiency in financial software systems and Excel
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
