Our client, one of the most highly regarded Production Houses in SA,is searching for a unique Financial Manager to join their cohesive and high performing team in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.
In this role you would require not only a sound understanding of best Financial Practice but also be an excellent communicator with the ability to read the room and communicate with suppliers, clients and staff in a manner which reflects the people focused values of the organization.
The following criteria are absolute essentials in order for you to successfully fulfill the requirements of the role.

• A masters degree in accounting, or Business Administration OR a qualification as a Chartered Accountant.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a strategic Financial Management role at an Exco level.
• Working experience or a deep understanding of the complexities associated with the world of visual media, media production and broad casting.
• Experience working in the Finance environment of a multinational, including a clear working knowledge of Forex and Tax implications.
• Proven ability to implement sound Finance strategy for an organization whilst at the same time working within the framework determined by the Global Head Office.
• Creative, innovative and solutions driven together with the ability to apply business acumen and commercial viability practices for the business.
• Proven success in the implementation of financial deal terms and risk mitigation.
• Leadership capability as opposed to Management experience.
• Brilliant EQ and ability to influence and read the room, so as to establish and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Respectful, honest, astute, agile, team player.
