Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Utilize Power BI to analyze financial data and create insightful reports for management.
- Manage month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and systems.
- Support the management of audits, compliance, and tax filings.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
- CIMA/CA(SA) with completed articles and a relevant Honours Degree.
- 5+ years of post-articles experience in financial management, ideally within manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in Power BI for financial data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software systems.
