Job Description
Requirements:
- BCom degree in Accounting or Finance (Honours preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar Financial Manager role, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred)
- Proficiency in SAGE 300 is essential
- Solid knowledge of asset registers and financial analysis
- Experience managing wages is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a small team
- A proactive, driven, and process-improvement mindset
