What You'll Be Doing:

• Steer the financial direction of the company with confidence and precision
• Navigate consolidations at a group level, ensuring every financial report is in top gear
• Ensure we stay on track with SAICA/SAIPA standards and financial regulations
• Analyze the road ahead and provide key insights that fuel smart business decisions
• Turbocharge our processes for efficiency, cost savings, and operational brilliance
• Take the lead on budgeting, forecasting, and keeping us in the fast lane on financial reporting
• Collaborate with our operations team to align financial strategies with the company's growth goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth ride
• Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team to greatness

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• BCom/BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance
• SAICA/SAIPA qualified
• 3-5 years of post-articles experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Proven expertise in consolidations
• A background in the automotive industry is a major plus (but if youve got the passion, we want to talk!)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to solve problems faster than a pit stop
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
