Drive financial excellence in a leading manufacturing company!A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations. This role is perfect for a strategic and hands-on professional with strong financial management expertise.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, controls, and IFRS standards.
- Provide financial insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Lead and develop a finance team to optimize performance.
- Work closely with auditors and oversee audit processes.
- CA(SA) or relevant financial qualification.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, cost control, and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
