Job Description
My client in the insurance sector who was established almost 100 years ago is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join their finance team. This role is pivotal in supporting the financial integrity of the operations and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.Duties:
- Oversee the month-end close process
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS
- IFRS reporting
- Collaborate with auditors
- Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial analysis
- CA (SA)
- A minimum of 3 years long term insurance experience would be advantageous
- IFRS
