Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to drive informed financial decisions.
- Assess production costs, material usage, and overhead expenses to identify impactful savings opportunities.
- Oversee inventory valuation and ensure precise cost allocations.
- Conduct variance analysis to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow and financial reporting to maintain strong financial stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CIMA certification is a plus).
- 34 years of experience in cost accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to provide financial insights that enhance business efficiency.
