A prominent company, specializing in property, facilities management, and retail services, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join their finance team. This is a permanent opportunity for a CA(SA) to manage the full financial function for multiple entities, within a dynamic and growing business. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and more, all while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.Duties:

• Oversee the full financial function for multiple entities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax compliance and filings, including VAT, income tax, and statutory returns.
• Lead and support the finance team, ensuring efficient execution of financial processes and providing guidance for continuous improvement.
• Provide financial insights through analysis to assist senior management in driving business decisions.
• Assist with cash flow management and optimize working capital.
• Ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring that they are performing accurately and effectively.
• Present key financial information to senior leadership, highlighting trends and variances to support strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA(SA) qualification is required.
• 3 years post-articles experience in financial management, with experience in service industries, property, facilities, or retail.
• Proven ability to manage financial functions for multiple entities.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, including VAT and income tax.
