The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and compliance, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Duties:
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and deal settlements.
- Oversee monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing audits.
- Develop financial models to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and bank accounts.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Communicate financial strategies and results to stakeholders.
- Handle tax calculations, VAT recons, EMP201, and other financial transactions.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIMA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
