A global leader in security solutions is currently seeking a Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to join theirv dynamic team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, while delivering strategic financial insights to drive decision-making and support business growth.Duties:
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support business decision-making.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide financial insight and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth.
- Oversee taxation, audit processes, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- A CA(SA) qualification is a must.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial finance role, preferably in the manufacturing, construction or FMCG industry.
