Job Description


Minimum requirements for the role:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration is essential.
  • Proven experience as a FM or equivalent leadership role in a similar organization.
  • Must have strong financial acumen and expertise in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
  • Have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record in the management of integrated ERP systems such as SAP, BAAN, Infor etc.
  • Must have experience and ability to utilise data through tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing strategic financial leadership, analysis, and insights to drive the company's growth and profitability.
  • Developing information systems and processes to support line management in analysing their business areas and ensuring the company follows best practices.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Managing capital allocation, investment decisions, and risk management.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Integrating with Group financial systems to provide accurate, reliable and information required for reporting and analysis.
  • Managing financial audits and tax compliance.
  • Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls and accounting processes.
  • Optimizing working capital and cash flow management.
  • Overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and retention.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
  • Ensuring compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with company goals.
  • Managing the development of the ERP, and other systems, to provide accurate and reliable tools to manage the business, highlight trends / deviations and cost / profit drivers within the business.
  • Leading IT strategy development and implementation to support business objectives.
  • Managing IT infrastructure, systems, and data security.
  • Managing support services functions, including facilities and administrative services.
  • Overseeing security and cleaning services relationships and contract negotiations. Ensure a safe and productive working environment.
