Job SummaryFinancial Manager Krugersdorp GautengOur client in Krugersdorp operating in the manufacturing sector is looking for a qualified Financial Manager with 10-15 years plus years' experience. Solid Financial & Team management experience preferable from the manufacturing / construction environment. Experience with yearly financial statements, costings and budgeting.Salary: Market related - OFFICE BASEDRequirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Previous experience in the construction / fabrication industry10-15 years' experience of which 5 years ++ need to be as a Finance Manager, managing a team of finance peopleKnowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, XERO, Excel and MS Office applications, for data entry, analysis, and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHR monitoring, budgeting and forecasting perspective for cost control.Key Duties:Responsible for the full reporting, secretarial, SARS compliance, review and monitor payroll, cash management, budgeting and audit preparation function for 3 companies.Streamline financial processes and procedures and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.HR review (dedicated HR Person), monitoring, budgeting and forecasting perspective for cost control.Implementing cost-saving measures where possibleChecking and validating intercompany and related party transactions and accounts.Overseeing, authorising, cross checking of entriesUpkeep of fixed asset register for audit file and insurance purposes.Monthly and year end stock take over seeing and validating for monthly management statement and audit file for yearend Financial Statements.Compiling of yearend Financial StatementsCalculating and validating employee salaries on Payroll program and ensuring compliance with Statutory regulation form SARS.Please apply onlineFROGG RecruitmentFROGG RecruitmentRecruiter
