Financial Manager Krugersdorp GautengOur client in Krugersdorp operating in the manufacturing sector is looking for a qualified Financial Manager with 12 years plus years' experience. You need to be a qualified accountant in the sense of SAICA or SAIPA / ACCA. Solid Financial & Team management experience preferable from the manufacturing / construction environment. Experience with yearly financial statements, costings and budgeting.Salary: Market related - OFFICE BASEDRequirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Qualified Accountant - SAIPA OR SAICA
• Previous experience in the construction / fabrication industry
• 12+ years' experience as Finance Manager, managing a team of finance people
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, XERO, Excel and MS Office applications, for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Duties:

• Responsible for the full reporting, secretarial, SARS compliance, payroll, HR, cash management, budgeting and audit preparation function for 3 companies.
• Streamline financial processes and procedures and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Implementing cost-saving measures where possible
• Checking and validating intercompany and related party transactions and accounts.
• Overseeing, authorising, cross checking of entries
• Upkeep of fixed asset register for audit file and insurance purposes.
• Monthly and year end stock take over seeing and validating for monthly management statement and audit file for yearend Financial Statements.
• Compiling of yearend Financial Statements
• Calculating and validating employee salaries on Payroll program and insuring complains with Statutory regulation form SARS.
