Job Description
FINANCIAL MANAGERJOB PURPOSE:
To manage the financial accounting function and provide support which informs sound strategic decision making required to optimize the performance and achieve the goals of the company.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Duties include but not limited to:Financial Planning
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.Financial Reporting
Prepare comprehensive financial and management reports.
Reporting to head office on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Cashflow Management
Compile the company's cashflow.Audits
Manage internal and external audits.Financial Record Management
Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records, transactions, and documentation.REQUIREMENTS:
- SAICA, CIMA, SAIPA, or other relevant professional certification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
