Responsibilities include implementing, improving, and utilizing effective and efficient systems and procedures, ensuring adherence to all legal and corporate governance requirements through skilled, disciplined, and motivated teams.Reach out to for more information.Duties:

• Effective management of debtors and creditors departments
• Manage cash resources, including negotiating debtor/creditor payment dates, daily bank reconciliations, and weekly petty cash reconciliations
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure accurate tax compliance
• Manage the maintenance of the business asset register
• Oversee and assist in compiling management accounts
• Compile interim and annual financial statements
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the business through financial statement analysis
• Compile and manage annual budgets
• Submit monthly and annual reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective financial procedures and systems
• Oversee, develop, and implement business-wide internal controls
• Ensure internal control policies and procedures align with group policies
• Manage and monitor user access and rights on financial and production systems
• Achieve unqualified audit reports and improve on prior audits
• Oversee, develop, and implement inventory management controls and procedures
• Manage and monitor the performance and development of the team

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom/BAcc Degree
• BCom Honours / CTA
• Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) is recommended

Experience:

• Completed articles (SAIPA and/or SAICA) are recommended
• 3 - 5 Years Financial management experience is a MUST
• Applicable experience in a fast-moving environment
• Previous experience within a manufacturing business is recommended
• Proficient in the MS Office package with advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision/Business Central is recommended

• Strong aptitude for financial figures and ability to gather, analyse, report, and interpret financial management information
• Well-organized, accurate, and able to work under pressure
• Driven towards meeting deadlines with high levels of integrity, dependability, and professional standards

• People leadership skills and conflict management
