SUMMARY:
The Financial Manager takes ownership of the finances within the company by managing the daily operating finance functions and working across the different departments.POSITION INFO:
Based: Whiteriver, MpumalangaThe successful candidate will mainly be responsible for the following:Duties:
- Financial management.
- Cash flow management.
- Financial analysis and reporting.
- Statutory compliance and reporting.
- Business financial performance management.
- Human capital management and development.
- The successful individual will require strong leadership and management skills to lead his/her team with knowledge, self-confidence, passion, and drive.
- The ideal candidate should be detail-orientated and conscientious.
- Should have a strong sense of responsibility, have an entrepreneurial sense, be tough minded, resilient, and adaptable.
- Systems thinking is crucial for this position; critical thinking and analytical skills are also non-negotiable.
- Completed
- Minimum 10 years' experience within an Accounting and Financial Manager role
- Syspro or MS Dynamics experience is essential
- Experience within the Manufacturing industry is essential
