Explore new opportunities today!Our client that is situated near Mbombela is currently seeking a Financial Manager (Non-CA or CA(SA)) to join their finance team permanently.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial management;
- Cashflow management;
- Financial analysis and reporting;
- Statutory compliance and reporting;
- Business financial performance management; and
- Human capital management and development.
- BCom Honours in Finance;
- CA(SA) registration (preferred);
- At least 10 years financial management experience;
- Experience in a manufacturing / FMCG environment;
- The successful individual will require strong leadership and management skills to lead his/her team with knowledge, self-confidence, passion, and drive.
- The ideal candidate should be detail orientated and conscientious.
- He/she should have a strong sense of responsibility, have an entrepreneurial sense, be tough minded, resilient, and adaptable.
- Systems thinking
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills, MS Dynamics (NAV) or equivalent ERP system experience and Qlikview will be an advantage
