What Youll Be Doing:
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts by analyzing sales trends, costs, and market dynamics.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Collaborate with sales and operational teams to align financial strategies with business performance.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Provide financial insights to optimize profitability and decision-making.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Manage working capital, ensuring effective cash management and risk mitigation.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Lead budgeting and forecasting aligned with operational goals.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Ensure financial compliance and best practices.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Support investment and funding decisions through data-driven financial modeling.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Track and analyze key financial KPIs for continuous performance improvement.
What Were Looking For:
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 5+ years of experience in financial management, forecasting, and operational finance.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Deep understanding of sales cycles, operations, and business performance drivers.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Expertise in cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Strong proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; BI tools experience is a plus.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA) are preferred but not essential.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Strong communicator and collaborator with a commercial mindset.
