  • Implement and monitor compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, and transactions ensuring statutory compliance
  • Provide strategic financial support to the Director, General Manager, and head office finance teams
  • Ensure timely collection of revenues and payments, safeguarding business cash and assets
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily)
  • Oversee monthly staff commissions, payroll accuracy, and submissions
  • Take full responsibility for the bi-annual warehouse stock count and reporting
  • Drive cost control, risk management, and budget achievement through strategic reporting
  • Identify and resolve financial and internal control issues within the operations
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and admin staff
  • Oversee general financial administration and ad-hoc duties as required
Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting (BCOM)
  • BCom Honours / CTA
  • CA(SA) / CIMA
Experience:
  • Completed articles
  • 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years in thecommercial market (import/export preferred)
  • Staff management experience is a MUST!!
  • AdvancedMicrosoft Excel skills

  • Leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams
