The role will entail that you ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of the organisation. - Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Sales, and operation, to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support for strategic planning.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
- CA(SA) or CIMA
- 8 years post articles experience.
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager with experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel.
