• Take ownership of all external financial reporting for the relevant divisions, including contributions to annual financial statements and regulatory returns
• Maintain and update amortization schedules for the business and specialized lending portfolios, ensuring accuracy
• Collaborate with the operational team to issue invoices and statements for the business and specialized lending portfolios
• Finalize monthly trial balances for each division, ensuring precision and timeliness
• Compile and deliver a comprehensive monthly reporting pack for each division to the CFO, CEO, and other key stakeholder
• Track and understand the key drivers of each division to support external reporting requirements
• Represent the finance department in monthly operational meetings for these product divisions
• Coordinate the budget process across all relevant divisions, working closely with business owners
• Manage and coordinate both internal and external audit queries and deliverables in collaboration with business owners on a monthly basis

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• CTA
• CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed SAICA articles
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on management reporting
• IFRS9 impairment reporting experience is an advantag

Skills & Competencies:

• Accurate and strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
• Strong communication and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player with good people management skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to comply with strict deadlines and ability to work in a busy and strenuous environment
