- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure financial processes align with company objectives and strategies.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and guide a finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- B Com (or equivalent)
- 4-5 years in management within the Retail or Services sectors
- Solid understanding of FFF (Financial Forecasting and Financial Reporting)
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations and strategic planning
