Key Requirements:

  • CIMA qualification (essential).
  • 4-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a financial management role.
  • Solid background in the Retail or Services industries.
  • Strong operational finance experience.
  • Excellent financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management abilities.
  • Must reside within Tshwane.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Lead and mentor finance teams to ensure high performance.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance procedures.
  • Engage in operational finance activities, driving efficiency and cost control.
