HIRING: Financial Manager (CA) - Corporate Advisory Firm - SandtonOur client, a reputable Corporate Advisory Firm based in Sandton, is seeking a Financial Manager (CA) to join their team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Accountant with strong financial management and reporting experience, looking to contribute to a fast-growing, dynamic business.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and other relevant regulations.Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts, collaborating with senior management to ensure alignment with the firm's financial objectives.Tax Compliance: Assist with tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to meet local and international tax obligations.Financial Performance Monitoring: Track cash flow, profitability, and performance against budgets, providing key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Due Diligence: Support the financial due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and new investments.Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure that proper financial controls are in place and assist with internal audits to guarantee adherence to best practices.Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to provide accurate financial insights, support decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.Requirements:CA(SA) qualification - essential.3-5 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, with exposure to corporate advisory, auditing, or related sectors.Experience with IFRS, financial reporting, and tax compliance.Proficient in financial management systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel), with a strong understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.A collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a fast-paced and growing firm.Please send your CV to if you are interested
