SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO:Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead their team and oversee the full financial function. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.Requirements:Qualifications: Minimum Degree; (SA) required
Experience: 5 years in a financial management roleKey Responsibilities:Manage and lead the finance team
Oversee full finance function, including monthly reporting and analysis
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including monthly flash results
Supervise Debtors, Creditors, Cashbook, and General Ledger
Conduct monthly stock/inventory reconciliations
Visit and review branches, including internal audit assessments
Handle SARS statutory returns (Income Tax, VAT, PAYE, Dividend Tax)
Review SARS checklists and e-filing processes
Prepare and oversee payroll processing
Authorize and release payments on bank accounts
Analyze Income Statements and Balance Sheets
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
Provide ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required by the Regional Executive
Travel to Region 1 branches as necessaryManage a team of Regional Accountants, Bookkeepers and Creditors ClerksSalary:CTC R92 000 maximum (slightly negotiable depending on candidate's qualifications, skills and experience)Performance based 13th chequeManagement Incentive Bonus based on objectives set and targets metIMPORTANT:
