As the Financial Manager you will provide strong financial management by generating accurate reports, ensuring tax compliance, and implementing effective internal controls to enhance profitability and maintain healthy cash flow.
Responsibilities:
Manage internal control procedure and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legislation Prepare and review cash flow forecast to ensure financial stability Finalise and review annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance Monitor working capital, manage CapEx against budget, and report on variances Prepare timely management accounts for informed decision-making Lead the annual budget process and bi-annual forecasts Meet all statutory and year end reporting requirements Effective leadership of the finance team and performance outcomes Ensure effective staff management and communication in the department to create an engaged, motivated and productive workforce
Qualification:
Relevant qualification in finance or a related field
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of financial management or similar role Advanced MS Office skills Strong strategic and commercial mindset Exceptional communication, problem solving and analytical abilities Capable of managing multiple deadlines
