The position will have interactions with all levels of the local organization and with BACs EMEIA head office in Belgium, and our global head office in the US.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:xc2xb7 Serve as final point of escalation for accounts receivable and payable issues.xc2xb7 Submission of monthly statutory returns requirements.xc2xb7 Review, approve and implement internal controls to reduce risks within the organizationxc2xb7 Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving activities to support teamwork.xc2xb7 Lead and finalize annual audit process and prepare financial statements according to reporting frameworksxc2xb7 Preparation of monthly reporting packs and performance reports against the budget and long-term strategy - multi currency and US GAAP (D+4)xc2xb7 Annual budget and future financial strategy preparation with management team, followed by presentation to the Leadership Team.xc2xb7 Capital expenditure - planning, negotiations of price and terms, and expenditurexc2xb7 Monthly calculation of salary provisions, bonus payouts and sales commission.xc2xb7 Recruit, train, and develop finance team members.
