My client is looking for a Financial Manager who can transform financial strategies and power up Mergers & Acquisitions! Furthermore, you will monitor and enforce compliance, procedures and regulations.Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Funding and capital raising
- Financial recording
- Financial reporting
- Financial analysis
- Financial management
- Legal and regulatory administration
- Relevant Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Registered with a professional body (SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA or CIBA)
- 5 to 6 years' experience in a financial management position
- Strong management experience
- Mergers and acquisitions experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Funding and capital raising experience
- Sage experience
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
