What would you do?
You'd be taking full control of our user acquisition, growth and retention strategies as a digital marketing executive.
This is a new role - our marketing services are moving from being contracted out, to in-house - so we'd love to find someone with the ambition to shape the area and make their mark. Here's a bit more detail on what you'll do:
Make sure our new user offering is one of the best in the business.
Manage lead generation sources to ensure acquistions are tracked.
Knowledge of email marketing, building and delivering email campaigns
Manage omni channel acquisition channels not limited to but including paid media and organic social media
Running promotions and bonuses to reward customers and cross-sell.
Be on top of the data, so we know where we can keep improving.
Use our Customer Relationship Management tool to perfect the new customer journey.
Build strong relationships with external suppliers and negotiate the best deals possible.
Manage the day-to-day running of the marketing campaigns, including design briefs and list targeting.
Working with our executive team to report and refine the offering.
Would we be a good match?
To be our perfect match, you'll need to:
Have at least 2 years' experience in an online finance related role, working on growth.
Have good general knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and channels.
Know a lot about service providers and the industry.
Have strong analytical skills to assess how everything's going.

Hours of work and location
This is a full-time role. We're happy for you to work remotely (we have quite a few team members dotted around the globe) as long as you can connect for meetings when needed.
Salary
We'll offer you a competitive monthly salary depending on your experience.
