Job Description

This company is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Financial Operations Consultant to oversee and execute day-to-day financial operations within the group.This role is integral to driving financial efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through strategic financial insights.Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Financial Strategies: Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance, create financial models and forecasts, and analyze financial data to drive business growth.
• Managing Financial Systems: Oversee and maintain financial management tools, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensuring Compliance & Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit and market risks, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Leading Operational Teams: Provide leadership, coaching, and support to drive team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Business Development: Assist in expanding the business division while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• CA(SA) or Finance qualification
• 2-3 years post-articles experience (for CAs) OR 5 years of relevant finance experience (non-CA candidates)
• Previous experience in xe2x96xaa Telecommunications xe2x96xaa Property xe2x96xaa Manufacturing xe2x96xaa IT Services xe2x96xaa Industrial will be an advantage.
