Job Summary Our client is a team of financial planning experts looking for an financial para-planner to join their team. If youve got a NQF5 in wealth management or other related finance qualification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial planning industry and would like to join a dynamic team of professionals, then this opportunity is for you! Main duties and responsibilities xc3xbc Preparing client information and reports for financial plans xc3xbc Preparing investment and retirement scenarios for client financial plans xc3xbc Extracting policy schedules for clients xc3xbc Preparing quotations in respect of risk and investments on behalf of the financial planner xc3xbc Compiling draft financial plan for submission to financial planner for comment and recommendations xc3xbc Capturing personal and financial information timeously and accurately xc3xbc Completing and submitting application forms on behalf of new and existing clients xc3xbc Following up with insurers and investment houses to ensure administrative efficiency xc3xbc Keeping clients continuously updated on administrative processes and status quo xc3xbc Adhering to compliance and practice management standards set out by the organisation xc3xbc Liaising internally with financial planners and administrators to ensure the smooth implementation of financial solutions xc3xbc Building relationships with clients, colleagues and service providers Computer literacy xc3xbc Must be proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel xc3xbc Must be willing to use cutting-edge technology in the workplace xc3xbc Experience on financial planning software preferred Skills and strengths required xc3xbc Excellent written and verbal communication xc3xbc Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills xc3xbc The willingness to work independently and as part of a team within a dynamic organisation xc3xbc Attention to detail is extremely important What you need to apply xc3xbc Curriculum vitae that includes two contactable references xc3xbc Copy of matric certificate xc3xbc Copy of ID xc3xbc Copy of highest qualification Please send your application toThe RecruitersRecruiter
