Responsibilities:Administration
Follow up on various instructions with internal and external stakeholders
Phone clients to request documents and schedule meetings
Attend to client queries
Draft and post quarterly reports
Prepare documentation for client meetings
Complete forms and liaise with clients for signing of documents and requesting any outstanding requirements
Compile investment proposals
Complete all documentation, mandates and applications forms
Submit various instructions
Track and monitor instructions: new business, ad hoc top ups, withdrawals, switches, maturities, income benefit , income change and section 37 and section 14 transfers
Manage the diary of the financial advisor by scheduling appointments or follow up meetings with clients.
Generate and structure agenda for minutes of meeting and execute or monitor the actions that need to be taken on the conclusion of the meeting.
Ensure that legal and estate planning documents are compliant
Constantly update FICA and FAIS
Greater Office Contribution
Attending annual client presentations and other advice-related events.
General office management tasks including reception, facilities, diary management, stationery management etc.
