Job Description

:
You, the successful candidate, will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties:
Develop and manage the South Africa Financial Planning model
Complete the Strategic Business Plan, Annual Financial Plan, and Forecasts, ensuring compliance with the latest IFRS/US GAAP standards through effective collaboration across functions and within the matrix structure
Oversee monthly and quarterly gross profit financial close procedures, ensuring adherence to Control cut-off deadlines
Provide monthly management accounts, including performance drivers and variance analysis, to the Country Manager, Finance Lead, and Cluster Finance following the financial period close
Conduct training for wholesale account managers, retail managers, and cost center managers on how to complete submission templates
Review cross-functional submissions to identify and address potential issues with relevant stakeholders
Analyze key financial risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making for the affiliate
Collaborate closely with the Finance Director to review financial
Prepare presentation materials for meetings with Cluster finance
Fulfill all reporting obligations to Cluster and GroupSkills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar finance role, preferably within a transformation project or change management environment
Previous group experience in a multinational/multi-currency business
Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data from multiple sources
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentQualification:
