Job Description

The financial reporting manager is responsible for preparing and distributing periodic financial statements for external use. The Financial
reporting manager ensures that reports, filings, and documentation comply with the company's regulations, professional standards, and SEC and
GAAP reporting guidelines. The Financial reporting manager wil oversee the financial reporting workflow enabling sound business decisions
based on financial accuracyRoles & Responsibilities:

Close off and consolidate General Ledger figures, checking accuracy of figures and meeting deadlines for submission.

Control expenses through reports received, fol owing up on any irregularities identified.

Conduct quarterly consolidations, with consideration to different shareholdings and applying correct accounting practises.

Establish internal controls, systems and processes which provide Financial Corporate Governance, reflected through audits.

Monitor compliance with agreed budgeting process, fol owing up on problem areas identified with the relevant stakeholders.

Monitor foreign creditors' exposure against cover taken out, making sure that there is adequate cover at al times by extending as required.

Prepare schedules using information from the Foreign Creditors department, forecasting cover required for the next three months.

Conduct deals, buying in bulk when required to minimise risk, in consultation with designated Consulting firm.

Submit information to relevant managers, to keep them informed of status of current cover, including schedules for the monthly pack.

Management of Cash Flow Projections.

Compile monthly management reports, reviewing the accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations against supporting information to ensure
integrity of financial information submitted.

Ensure that BMG NW's consolidated management accounting figures are accurate and reliable in order to provide the
Management/Board/Invicta with reliable information regarding the financial affairs of the subsidiaries

Report back as scheduled, responding to any queries raised regarding financial information presented.

Coordinate the consolidation of financial information for yearend reporting for BMG NW, meeting deadlines for submission

Ensure correct revenue and expense al ocations.

Prepare for audit according to required guidelines.

Interact with Auditors to deal with queries requiring attention

Set up relevant financials for auditing process

Oversee the provision for the Taxation for BMG SA and oversee al tax related matters.Minimum Requirements

National Certificate NQF Level 4 / Grade 12

Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, or administration

Minimum five (5) to eight (8) years of finance experience, including support to C- Level Executive Team members.Al internal applicants are required to complete an IVAF form signed off by line manager prior to submitting application.
