Kern doel van die pos:Verseker nakoming in take en bied administratiewe ondersteuning aan Motors besigheid.Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad (Rekeningkunde);
- 3 - 5 jaar administratief in 'n finasixc3xable/motor omgewing;
- Geldige rybewys.
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Sterk analitiese en syfervaardighede;
- Goeie organisasie vermoxc3xab;
- Onafhanklikheid en vermoxc3xab om onder druk te kan funksioneer;
- Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf;
- Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Objektiwiteit, konsekwentheid en sterk verslagsdoeningsvaardighede;
- Besigheidsinsig.
- Administreer maandeinde prosese;
- Inspekteer toegedelde takke;
- Koordinering van algemene kantooradministrasie.
- Degree (Accounting);
- 3 - 5 years administratively in a financial / automotive environment;
- Valid drivers license.
- Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills;
- Good organizational ability;
- Independence and ability to function under pressure;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Objectivity, consistency and strong reporting skills;
- Business insight.
- Administer month-end processes;
- Inspect allotted branches;
- Coordination of general office administration.
