All preparation for next service, including cutlery and glassware for serviceRequirements:Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
Experience in a FINE DINING restaurant / 5* hotels essential
Wine knowledge will be an advantage
Fluent and well-spoken in English
Professional and have excellent people skills
Skilled at interacting with guests
Team player
