A reputable Fitment Centre, renowned for its quality glass products, exceptional service and customer satisfaction is seeking an experienced and motivated Fitment Centre Manager to join their team.11You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Fitment Centre, ensuring efficient and smooth operations, and maintaining high customer service standards. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business growth and maintain the Fitment Centres excellent reputation.Additionally, you will:

• Ensure the Fitment Centre adheres to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain an adequate inventory of fitment products and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Matric (non negotiable)
• Degree or Diploma in Management
• At least 5 years' experience working in the role of Operations Manager / Supervisor in a fitment centre
• Solid exposure to / experience in the automotive and / or architectural sectors, dealing with glass products
• In-depth knowledge of automotive fitment processes, products, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and employees.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets effectively.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software relevant to fitment center operations (eg SAP, DPS)
• A valid drivers license (own vehicle preferred)
