Zone Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic and goal-driven individuals with a passion and drive for the fitness industry to fill our Fitness Instructor vacancy at our Parow Club.
PERFORMANCE STATEMENT:
It is the objective of the Fitness Instructor to create a safe and supportive environment where all members feel valued and encouraged. Providing professional and friendly service to ensure safe exercise techniques is essential at all times. Instructors will be required to conduct Group Training (GT) classes, training will be provided for this purpose. Furthermore, qualified instructors are permitted to offer in-house personal training (PT) OUTSIDE of their regular working hours, which can provide opportunities for unlimited income.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Completed accredited fitness qualification is a MUST!
High energy levels and passion for fitness industry. Specific attention to detail Accurate numeric skills Computer Literacy. Strong interpersonal skills. Good listening skills. Clear and confident communication skills Diplomacy in handling irate people Ability to work under pressureBENEFITS
