Job Description
A specialist manufacturer is seeking a trade tested Fitter and Turner to join their production facility in the Western Cape!Your responsibilities will include safety requirements, executing and closing off preventative maintenance schedules and repairs, the total mechanical maintenance of machinery and planned services, attending to breakdowns and new installations, monitoring machinery, and fault finding. You should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work and troubleshoot independently. This position involves working shifts and overtime (including weekends, when required).Candidates should have Matric and N3 (Fitting and Turning), a valid Fitting and Turning Trade Test, and 3+ years of fitting and turning experience in a manufacturing environment.
