Job Description
Job Summary Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Fitter to be based in North West to support their operations concerning maintenance, improving plant availability and controlling costs.Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling preventative - and planned maintenance.
- Ensures adherence to the company's Health and Safety Standards.
- Capturing breakdown data and updating equipment history records
- Minimum N3 certificate / Grade 12.
- Certified Trade Test Certificate - Fitting (Section 13 and 26D)
- Minimum 5 years of related industry experience.
- Plant experience will be advantageous.
- Must have experience in the maintenance of slurry pumps, Grinding Mills, and gearboxes.
- Code 8 driver's license and own transport
- Prepared to be on standby and work overtime as and when required.
- Must reside in the local area or be prepared to relocate to the Western operations.
- All appointments will be dependent on passing a compulsory mine medical fitness certificate
