DescriptionWe're on the lookout for a Product Consultant to be based in Western CapeAs a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Driving sales
Fostering strong customer relationships,
Building collaborative partnerships with store managers and sales staff.
Understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their overall experience.
Staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product offerings, you will effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers, while also nurturing relationships within the store team to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
Proficiency in using computers and POS systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
